• What are the benefits of Px Coffee?

  Px Coffee improves your mood, focus, and sleep. It helps with focus and energy like caffeine, but without the jittery, wired feeling. Px breaks down in your body faster than caffeine, which lets you enjoy a cup in the afternoon or early evening without disrupting your sleep.

• How soon will I notice a difference with Px Coffee?

  Many customers notice a difference after just a few cups. We recommend switching to Px Coffee for at least five days to fully experience its benefits to mood, focus, and sleep.

• What exactly is Px?

  Here’s the science: Px is the primary metabolite of caffeine—your body converts about 80% of the caffeine you consume into Px. It doesn’t occur in plants like caffeine does, but it exists naturally in the human body.

  We at Rarebird have developed unique technology with the help of the National Science Foundation to produce the first and only coffee that contains Px instead of caffeine.

• Will Px coffee taste different than traditional coffee?

  No – Px Coffee looks, smells, and tastes just like traditional coffee, and is brewed just like traditional coffee. The only difference is that it contains Px instead of caffeine. It’s just two simple ingredients: Arabica coffee (with the caffeine removed) and Px!

  We work with sustainably focused coffee importers to ensure the highest quality standards, ultimately providing you a cup that tastes as good as it makes you feel.

• How is Px Coffee made?

  We start with a specialty-grade Colombian Arabica coffee, which is decaffeinated at the source using the Sugarcane process. This method is safe, environmentally friendly, and preserves the flavor exceptionally well. The coffee is then shipped to the US, where it is tested for mycotoxins upon arrival.

  Px infusion and roasting occurs at our facility in California just before it's freshly shipped out to you.

• What is the best way to brew Px Coffee?

  We grind Px coffee to a medium grind for the most universal utilization. Whether you use a drip brewer, a pour-over, or a French press, this grind should be the perfect fit!

• Do you offer Px Coffee in a whole bean option?

  Unfortunately, we do not currently offer whole bean coffee at this time, but we hope to provide this option in the near future. For now, we only offer ground coffee.

  To address common concerns with ground coffee, we take several important steps:

  1. We only procure specialty-grade coffee that has been grown and harvested sustainably.
  2. We roast and fulfill orders as they are received to ensure our customers always drink fresh coffee with minimal oxidation exposure.
  3. We grind our coffee to a medium grind size, offering maximum flexibility for brewing, whether you prefer a pour-over, auto-drip, or French press.
